For partners
Low testosterone rarely stays a private problem. Partners notice the fatigue, the distance and the change in desire, and often wonder if it is about them. It usually isn’t.
Many men bring their partner into the conversation, and some visits can be structured for couples. Learn more about Couples Care at Revive.
“At 45, I noticed changes in my energy, mood, and sexual wellness that were affecting my confidence. After working with the team on my hormonal health, I feel more balanced and comfortable in my own body. The whole experience has been supportive and professional.”
45-year-old male client
HRT for men is hormone replacement therapy that brings low hormones, most often testosterone, back into an optimal range. At Revive it starts with full labs and a symptom review, so treatment is based on your data rather than a single number.
Not quite. TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) is the most common form of HRT for men. HRT is the broader approach: it can also address estradiol balance, thyroid function, DHEA-S and other hormones that affect how you feel.
There is no set age. Men usually consider HRT when symptoms like low energy, low libido, poor sleep or brain fog line up with lab results that show low or declining hormones. Testosterone falls gradually from about age 30, and many of our patients are in their late 30s to 60s.
Hormone therapy is individualized and monitored. We review your full history before recommending treatment, then track markers like hematocrit, PSA, estradiol and blood pressure over time and adjust your plan as needed. Testosterone therapy can lower sperm production, so if you are planning a family we will talk through fertility-conscious options first.
Our providers are licensed in Maryland, so care is available to men who live in or are physically located in Maryland at the time of their visits.
Revive operates on a membership model rather than billing insurance directly. That allows for longer visits, direct provider access and protocols without insurance-driven limits. We can provide documentation for HSA or FSA reimbursement where applicable.
No. You can book your Foundation consult directly, without a referral from another doctor.
Book your Foundation consult. A member of our Maryland-based care team will confirm your appointment, coordinate any labs and walk you through next steps.
